1. Inspiring experiences
104factory designs and leads inspiring tours to understand its different missions and areas of expertise in supporting cultural and creative businesses :
- Innovative immersive experiences: Virtual reality, augmented reality, low-tech immersion, installations…
- Projects with environmental or social impact: Awareness raising, reusing and recycling, cultural democratization, etc.
- Services for cultural stakeholders: Digital tools, platforms, support, etc.
Designed with the incubated companies and to meet all your needs, these visits are notably an opportunity to:
- Meet the innovation team in charge of managing the incubator and its incubation programs
- Understanding the professions of supporting innovative businesses in the cultural and creative industries
- Discover the incubation programs including Culture Impact, the urban laboratory for ecological transition in cultural sector
- Exchange with incubated entrepreneurs, discover their innovations and test their prototypes
- Unite your employees around creativity as part of team-building activities
- Discover the activities of CENTQUATRE-PARIS and its incubator behind the scenes
Options :
Two options are available :
- A 1-hour tour of 104factory
- A tour of 104factory, the possibility of testing a prototype and the intervention of a company, for a total duration of 1h30 to 2h
45 people maximum
Furthermore, a personalized tour of the incubator around a particular theme or issue can be tailor-made.
2. Space rental
At the heart of CENTQUATRE-PARIS, an infinite place of art, culture and innovation, in the premises of the incubator, two spaces are available for rental:
- The incubator lounge
On the 1st floor of the incubator, the lounge is the ideal place for your meetings, seminars and workshops for around forty people. With a surface area of 142 m2, the lounge also allows for several sub-working groups. This space has a video projector, screen, sound system, tables and chairs. - The meeting room
On the ground floor, next to the incubator’s social space, this colorful room is ideal for inspiring your employees. This space, equipped with a screen, tables and seats, can accommodate around twenty people.
